Lawence's Dave Burke, R.I.P.
David R. Burke, the leading voice in the Lawrence Hibernian community for more than a half century, has passed away. He died late Wednesday night, May 27 at Caritas Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.
The wake for Dave will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2-9 p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St., Methuen, Massachusetts. The funeral mass will be Wednesday, June 30 at 11 AM at St. Patrick’s church in Lawrence.
