This festival takes place right in the middle of national Irish American Heritage month as declared by President Joe Biden, who encourages  “all Americans to celebrate the achievements and contributions of Irish Americans to our Nation with appropriate ceremonies, activities, and programs”. There truly is no better place to do so, than at the Irish Cultural Centre of Greater Boston.

Some of the ICC’s recent events and achievements  include:

  • Hosting the inaugural St. Brigid’s Day celebrations on February 1st at the Westin Copley Place, Boston.
  • Hosting the ICC’s third annual St. Patrick’s Day in Boston celebration at the Boston College Club on March 2nd where they presented the first annual Gradam Dochas to Declan Houton for his work with local charities including Tommy’s Place, Lucy’s love bus and the Boston Children’s Hospital. During this event the ICC raised over $2000 for Tommy’s Place.
