The O'Donovan Clan Cultural Association Assembly will take place Sepember 5-7, 2025 in Clonakilty and Skibbereen, West Cork. Descendants of O'Donovan and Donovan ancestry will gather for history and genealogy lectures, roundtable discussions, social and sporting events, a gala film screening, Sunday banquet and visit to Castle Donovan. Ease On Down The Road” to “The Wiz” at The Opera House

The Broadway musical “The Wiz” will play Boston’s Citizens Opera House from August 12 – 24.  This marks the groundbreaking show’s first national tour in four decades.

In the mega-musical hit, young Dorothy is whisked off from the boredom of her Kansas farm by a tornado, only to be plunked down in The Land of Oz. As she searches for a way to return home, she crosses paths and makes friends with a Scarecrow, a Tin Man and a Cowardly Lion, each of whom is also searching for something missing in their lives.  

Registration Opens for 8/24 Lúnasa Feis Irish Dance Competition

Registration is Open for Lúnasa Feis Irish Dance Competition
 
The Irish Cultural Center of Western New England presents its sixth annual Lúnasa Feis on Sunday, August 24. The Irish dance competition will take place in the Young Building at the Eastern States Exposition, 875 Memorial Ave., West Springfield, MA. 

Registration is currently open on FeisWeb. Dancers are encouraged to register before August 16 to avoid late fees.
